When Can I Return To Sports After A Concussion?

    1. Return to Regular Activities – like school or light housework.
    2. Start Light Aerobic Activity – begin to walk or jog for short periods of time.
    3. Moderate Activity – you can incorporate weight-training and more moderate levels of activity.
    4. Heavy, Non-Contact – resume activity levels from before to the injury, however, avoid full player contact.
